Home made Tartar Sauce
The ingredients are a quality mayonnaise
( Using only eggs, oil, mustard & vinegar with no chemicals or preservatives. )
Chopped pickles of your liking, I use Bread and Butter Pickles
Chopped white onion and capers (most essential, the more the better).
Heinz Ketchup® if you want the sauce pink.

Optional but I find very necessary to bring out the flavor of the seafood is
Choula®
hot sauce. You do not need to make it hot which I like. But just the
presence of a few drops brings the flavor out and makes your taste buds
perk up.
