Of all the seafood sauces, this one is the easiest to make. My mother made it for fish sticks but we did not call it Gulf Sauce. It's just a blend of mayonnaise and ketchup. But it is delicious when served with shrimp, cold lobster and seafood.
Especially good with avocado stuffed with fresh baby shrimp. Try it.
