And to was it down a creamy fresh pint of Stout; it's a perfect match.
      Simply and carefully remove the tamale from the cooked lobster bodies. If your having a lobster feed: you will find that most people will not venture into the inside of the carapace where the tamale lies. They are, well you know too picky and they won't touch the tamale. So rescue the tamales and place in a small bowl. Add a little melted butter, salt and a dash or two of Cholula® Hot Sauce. Toast up a bunch of homemade bread and cut into triangles and butter. Slather the tamale on the toast and enjoy. Newbies will be very surprised on how delicious this simple dish of lobster tamale is to the palate. It's a great brunch menu item served they day after the lobster party and all the guests are gone. You get a second go around of delicious lobster flavor. Hint, know your suppliers and where the lobsters are being harvested. Lastly, contrary to everyone's belief Stout is low in calories, non-carbonated, good for you and is delicious. It's perfect with this dish.
