We use Federal Express for all of our live Maine lobster shipped for overnight delivery. Because of volume, FedEx gives us a discounted fee on the per carton shipped at $59. The fee is based on a per carton cost regardless of zip code & weight. This set discount allows us to accurately charge by the pound for lobster not by the piece. A VERY IMPORTANT POINT. Live lobsters delivered to your door. Your lobsters will arrive alive before 5 P.M.T-F & 1:30 P.M. Saturday You must be home if signature required is selected. You can receive validation of your order with FedEx Routing Number if you include your email in the shipping form, the email will be sent before 5 PM EST. You are not required to enter your email; it is up to you but it is good for brief messages during shipping. We do not store any email or address information nor do we email advertisement campaigns.
If you have the tracking number sent to you; you can track your order http://www.fedex.com/Tracking No log in or account is required just put the tracking number in space indicated. Results will appear immediately where your shipment was last scanned.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS email your order requests to nepco@mac.com. Your orders are shipped from Nova Scotia to avoid customs. Order early so we can complete your order in time for delivery to your home in Canada.
