Our cancellation policy is simple. If we receive your request of cancellation even on the day of shipment and can find your shipment before it leaves the Cape, no harm done, no charge. If you call in to our office to cancel your shipment and we can locate your shipment if it has been packed before it leaves the Federal Express facility; you can cancel your order without charge. The shipment must be found and returned to the plant on the same day as shipping in our delivery truck. If our driver or Federal Express can not find the carton and it leaves the Federal Express Station in Cape Cod; the shipment will continue on it's way to it's destination and refunding will not be possible. Shipments can be rerouted to an other address. However, rerouting of a shipment requires an additional Federal express fee and carries no guarantees. Calling as early as possible on the day of shipping does not ensure that your shipment will be located. It will help if you call before 12 PM noon EST and we will make every attempt to find it. No guarantees on the day of shipment but usually we do find it.
